Shipping and Local Pickup Policy
United States Shipping Only
The Point Bookstore currently accepts and ships orders only within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses.
Order Processing
Online orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare and transfer an order to the shipping carrier. It does not include the carrier’s delivery time.
Orders placed during holidays, church events, severe weather, or other unusually busy periods may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors such as:

Available shipping carrier and service level
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery date or transit time displayed during checkout is an estimate provided by the shipping carrier and is not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed because of weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. The Point Bookstore is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
Tracking information may take time to update after the shipping label is created. The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has received or scanned the package.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.
If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thepointbookstore.com or 817-293-1273. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.
Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates that a package is still in transit, please allow the carrier reasonable time to complete delivery.
If you believe your package has been lost, contact us at hello@thepointbookstore.com with your name and order number. We will review the available tracking information and assist with a carrier inquiry when appropriate.
The Point Bookstore is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address supplied with the order. However, we will make a reasonable effort to help you obtain available delivery information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thepointbookstore.com. Include your order number and photographs clearly showing the product, packaging, and problem.
Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may replace the item, provide store credit, or issue a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Please do not return an item without first contacting us for instructions.

The bookstore is open to the public on regular Turning Point Church service days:

Sundays: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Wednesdays: 7:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
Local pickup orders are generally available at the next Wednesday or Sunday service after they have been prepared. Processing times may vary.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pick it up. Bring your order confirmation or other identifying information when collecting your order.
Church service schedules and bookstore hours may occasionally change because of holidays, special events, weather, or other circumstances.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed, prepared for pickup, or shipped.
