Cancellation policy

The Point Bookstore does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring purchase plans, or other automatic renewal programs. All purchases made through our store are one-time transactions.

If you need to cancel a regular order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thepointbookstore.com or 817-293-1273. We will make every effort to cancel an order before it has been processed, prepared for pickup, or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead be subject to our Refund Policy.
